Thank you for shopping with RCK! This policy explains how and when we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect for delivery within Germany, the EU, and worldwide. Please read it together with our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Germany within 5 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and German public holidays. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Your total delivery time is the handling time (up to 5 business days) plus the transit time for your destination (see Section 3).

2. Where We Ship

Shipping Destinations, Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

RCK ships worldwide, serving Germany, the European Union, the United Kingdom and selected other international destinations. Shipping availability depends on the delivery address. Worldwide shipping does not mean that delivery is available to every country or territory.

Within the European Union, we deliver to all member states except Cyprus and Malta. Delivery restrictions apply to the shipping address, not to the customer’s nationality or country of residence.

Standard EU Delivery & Free Shipping

The following rates apply to deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden:

• Merchandise value of €45.00 or less: €10.00 shipping per order.
• Merchandise value above €45.00: free standard shipping.

The qualifying merchandise value is calculated after all discounts have been applied, including applicable VAT and excluding shipping charges. An order with a qualifying merchandise value of exactly €45.00 is subject to the €10.00 shipping charge.

EU Destinations with a Fixed Shipping Charge

For deliveries to Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland and Romania, a flat standard shipping charge of €20.00 per order applies, regardless of the merchandise value.

These five destinations are excluded from the free shipping offer for orders above €45.00. The €20.00 charge is the total standard shipping charge and is not added to the €10.00 rate.

EU Destinations We Do Not Serve

We do not currently deliver to addresses in Cyprus or Malta. These destinations are excluded from our delivery service entirely, not merely from the free shipping offer.

Customers residing in Cyprus or Malta may place an order for delivery to an eligible destination under the same conditions that apply to other customers ordering delivery to that destination.

United Kingdom & Other International Destinations

We also deliver to the United Kingdom and selected destinations outside the European Union. The EU shipping rates and free shipping offer described above do not apply to these destinations.

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges for these destinations are displayed at checkout before you place your order. For information about customs duties and import taxes, please refer to the relevant section of this Shipping Policy.

Price Information

All EU shipping charges stated in this section are in euros and include applicable VAT. The applicable shipping charge and total order amount are displayed before you submit your order.

Any reference to free EU shipping on orders above €45.00 applies only to standard delivery to the 20 eligible countries expressly listed above.

3. Delivery Times

The estimates below combine handling time plus transit time after dispatch:

Please note: international delivery times are estimates only and can vary — sometimes significantly — due to customs clearance, carrier delays, local postal processing and peak periods. We cannot guarantee transit times for international orders, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs for international destinations outside the EU depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

The exact shipping cost for your order is always displayed clearly at checkout, before payment. Product prices include German VAT where applicable.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Orders Outside the EU)

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. Customs processing may also add delays beyond our estimated transit times.

If you are unsure what charges may apply in your country, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

• United Kingdom: UK import VAT applies, and customs duty may apply to higher-value orders.
• Switzerland: Swiss import VAT and clearance fees may be charged on delivery.
• United States: US import duties, taxes and fees may apply to your order.

6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking update. If your tracking hasn't updated after that, contact us at service@rckglow.com.

7. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at service@rckglow.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Until your order has been delivered to you, RCK is responsible for the parcel in transit. If your order is lost in transit, we will resend it or provide a full refund — you never bear the risk of loss or damage during shipping.

8. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — we cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an uncollected parcel, or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (a re-shipping fee may apply) or a refund of the item value.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Some beauty products — such as fragrances, aerosols and nail products — are classified as dangerous goods (flammable liquids) under air transport regulations. This may mean certain items cannot be shipped to some international destinations or are limited to specific shipping methods. Any applicable restriction will be shown at checkout.
